Space is a three dimensional structure in which objects and events have a relative position (and direction).

In other words, space is a three dimensional extent in which events take place.

It is like a three dimensional grid.


The Universe is like a ‘container’ of almost everything; space, time and all the forms of Mass (Matter) and Energy.
